TiLi Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum (TEMC), or "Intodelh Inzirtirna" as it is known locally in Mizo, is an initiative to introduce high school and higher secondary school students to the entrepreneurial mindset, the fundamentals of standing up on one’s own feet, business and entrepreneurship.
The curriculum is based on the "PLACE" framework – Project, Learning, Activity, Case study and Entrepreneur meet. The curriculum is a Learning Enhancement/ Enrichment Programme (LEP) making intervention in the domain of entrepreneurship and innovation.
The curriculum is conducted in a span of 3-4 months and held in weekly sessions in the assigned schools.
This curriculum goes beyond traditional teaching methods, incorporating interactive elements like sales pitch, team games, critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, problem solving, direct engagement with entrepreneurs etc.
Through a carefully curated journey, TEMC aims to instill not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills in project management, basic finance, marketing, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset that transcends the classroom and prepares students for real-world challenges.
TEMC aims to equip students to be ready to find or make a living on their own even in the worst case of not being able to continue school studies. Student participants are made to go through real life scenarios of business via live projects, they are made to experience individuality, working in teams, compete, to lead and at the end each team then present their case in the school levels and the winners of the school levels then meet in the inter school finals, in front of an entrepreneur panel of judges.
